Therese began dancing at the age of three, and has been dancing ever since!  She studied ballet, tap, jazz, and acrobatics through the Association of American Dance, and was qualified with the Association as a teacher in 1963.  She has taught dance both in England and in the United States.  In England, she performed in many local productions, including playing Captain Hook in an English pantomime production of "Peter Pan", "Beauty" in "Beauty and the Beast", and dancing the part of the dream Laurie in "Oklahoma"  for which she was also the choreographer.  She also choreographed many productions, including several Gilbert and Sullivan operettas and a production of Gian Carlo Menotti's "Amahl and the Night Visitors".  Since arriving in the United States, she has taught dance with The New Dance Studio in Newark, Delaware, and the Moore's School of Dance in Oxford.  She is presently enjoying teaching with Oxford Center for Dance.  Therese also teaches chemistry and physical sciences at St. Elizabeth High School in Wilmington.  She is also the proud mother of two boys who share her love of dance.
